Correspondence, memoranda, directories, reports, background materials, minutes, newsletters, publications, and other documents regarding agencies, organizations, and institutions cooperating with the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs in the administration of exchange programs.  Much of the material is associated with activities of the National Council for Community Services to International Visitors (COSERV), Experiment in International Living (EIL), and Institute of International Education (IIE).
