Harris, James William Fulbright, James William Trimble, Wilbur
Daigh Mills and John Fitzgerald Kennedy; to other individuals of
significance in the Faubus Administration, like industrialist
Wilton Robert Stephens; as well as to persons that OEF was
involved with in his official capacity as Governor for various
reasons, including the donation of land to the state, the
commutation of prison sentences and the investigation of a
controversial "sex speech" presented at the University of
Arkansas. Some folders are restricted, as indicated in the
