INFORMATION ABOUT THE MODERN LITERATURE CLUB OF FAYETTEVILLE
The Modern Literature Club of Fayetteville, Arkansas, had its origins in 1926 when a number of women formed a group that would provide a regular gathering of those who wished to share their reading experiences with others.
The Modern Literature Club of Fayetteville, Arkansas, portraits album was donated to the Special Collections Division by Kim Harington, Fayetteville, Arkansas, on May 15, 1992. The photograph album, created by Kim Harington, contains thirty-three portraits of the club members and a favorite passage or a quotation from a book, to accompany their image.
