Speeches made by Mullins throughout his career comprise this series, which includes both speeches made by Mullins as an educator and speeches made by Mullins as a Rotarian.  The material is arranged chronologically when possible.  Unfortunately, several speeches contained no dated references.  Those undated speeches pertaining to the University of Arkansas have been grouped into a separate file.  In some cases only a part of an undated speech has survived; such materials are filed as Speech Fragments.
