Please describe the problem:

The site asks for a login and password
The site says my computer address / IP is not valid
I keep inputting my UARK username and password into the library login screen, but nothing happens
I keep inputting my UARK username and password into the library login screen, but I get the message, "Unable to identify you through your campus identification.... "
I keep inputting my last name and UA ID number into the library login screen, but I get the message, "Sorry cannot locate patron record.... "
I keep inputting my information but gt the message, "403 Forbidden .... "
I can get into the database, but I need help in locating information
