Since about 9/1/08  OCLC fixes this, then it breaks again. If you run into this problem, try using WorldCat.org instead. 9/8/2004 5:56:38 PM  bjuhl  RefWorks Direct Export  Just an FYI to an ongoing issue: if patrons are in a database such as ProQuest or Ebsco and they have gotten into that database from off-campus, the direct export feature may not work. This is a known issue between RefWorks' secure server and the proxy. Patrons can still save references in a file and import them manually. It may be something you want to mention in classes.. that the direct export does not work 100% of the time from off-campus.   RefWorks is working on a fix.   10/27/2005  No
