Access to Course Reserves
To identify the materials that instructors currently have on Course Reserves for their classes, go to Infolinks, the Library Catalog, and click on Course Reserves .
Search Course Reserves
You may search Course Reserves by Instructor Name or Class Name. The results will be arranged by course number and will give you direct online access to all e-reserve items or provide you with the call number or the vertical file number needed to check-out materials at the Circulation Desk of Mullins Library or the appropriate branch library.
View and Print an Electronic Course Reserves
To view an E-Reserve item, click on the title, enter your UARK username and password. In some cases, a course password is also required for access; your instructor can provide the course password to you. The full-text of the item will be displayed within Adobe Reader when you click the Submit button.
A few tips on viewing and printing E-Reserves:
- View with the latest version of Adobe Reader.
- Print using the Adobe Reader Toolbar Print icon. Using the browser toolbar or browser menu will result in a blank printout.
- Adobe PDF files can be slow to load. The screen will remain blank, even though the browser may read Done, until the file is completely loaded. This is especially true if you are using a dial-up connection. If you attempt to scroll or print before the document is fully opened, blank pages may be returned.
