Search Alerts for ASFA: Aquatic Sciences and Fisheries Abstracts

Alerts

  1. Click the "Alerts" link on the upper right of most CSA Illumina screens.
  2. First-Time users will need to create a personal profile with an email address and password; once you have created an account, log in.
  3. On the Alerts page, you will see your most recent search; you may also choose other searches from the same session with the "Search History" link.
  4. Select the citation format, databases to be searched, and any limits you wish to apply.
  5. Click "Save as Alert."
  6. You can always return to this page to edit, renew or delete your search alerts.
Alerts are stored for 6 months. Shortly before the six-month period concludes, you'll receive an e-mail from CSA with the option of continuing or deleting the Alert.
