RefWorks Instructions for American Chemical Society Journals (ACS)

Some parts of the record fields are currently not exporting correctly from ACS. This has been reported to RefWorks.
  1. When viewing the abstract of the article citation you wish to save, click the Download to Citation Manager link.
  2. Choose Refworks as the citation format and click Download.
  3. The next screen will summarize the article citation being exported. Click the Export to RefWorks button.
  4. You will be prompted to login to your RefWorks account, if you have not already.
  5. The citation will be imported.
Note that ACS can currently only export one citation at a time.
