Depending on size, special events require 10 to 60 working days' advance notice from the time the Special Events Request Form (below) has been submitted. Typically, a small meeting with light refreshments involving one room only can be handled with a minimum of 5 days' notice. Larger events that involve a variety of food and beverages, room(s) set up, invitations, etc., require a minimum of 45 days' advance notice. For events of 200-300 attendees, please allow 2 months' notice. Note: Do not use this form for departmental parties in the staff lounge. IMPORTANT: All catered food orders must be placed with the secretary to the dean or, in her absence, to the facilities coordinator. Use the form below to request facilities and/or food to be set up for special events. Your request will be added to the facilities database and will be used to track and help you plan your event.
