FDLP Centennial Celebration, Online Exhibit
One of these publications is a series of G.I Stories of the Ground, Air, and Service Forces in the European Theater of Operation. The individual titles captured narratives and photographs of specific Armed Forces units and divisions such as the Women’s Army Corps, the 1st and 36th Infantry Divisions, and the 50th Troop Carrier Wing.
Measuring just 4”x5.25”, and averaging just 30 pages, these tiny booklets were meant to be portable and distributed widely.
