FOOD: 1. Library personnel who are not at a public service desk or not in view of the public may eat discreetly at their desks. 2. All foods must be appropriately covered when they are carried through public areas of the library. 3. See Room Info and Policies for information regarding the library conference rooms in which food is permitted. DRINKS: 1. Drinks that are in reclosable, spill-proof containers may be carried in public view in conformance with the current drink policy allowing patrons to bring such containers into the library. When carrying drinks that are NOT in reclosable spill-proof containers, library personnel must keep them hidden from public view. 2. Library personnel who are not at a public service desk or are not in view of the public may eat or drink discreetly at their desks.
