Lending Unit Policies

We will loan the following items:

• books
• most microfilms
• newspapers (film copy)
• AV materials (on a case- by-case basis)
• theses and dissertations (2nd copy only)

We accept international requests

• most items 56 days
• microforms 35 days

No renewals allowed.

Arkansas and GWLA (Greater Western Library Alliance) libraries are not charged.

All other institutions:

• Loans
  • $10 IFM (ILL Fee Management) or $15 invoice
    
    
• Photocopies
  • 0-50 pages: $10 IFM or $15 invoice
  • 51-100 pages: $15 IFM or $20 invoice
  • 101+ pages: $20 IFM or $25 invoice

Rush items can be shipped via FedEx if the borrowing library supplies us with their account number.

Rush articles will be sent via Odyssey, Ariel, or Fax.
