Requesting Logins or Authorizations

InfoLinks Authorization Form

Supervisors of new appointed staff are given an InfoLinks authorization form by Human Resources which can be completed and submitted to Systems. If hourly or work-study staff require staff logins, forms are available in the Library Human Resources Office or on the StaffWeb.

Connecting to InfoLinks

• Millennium Client
  • Contact Systems to have the Millennium Client installed on a staff workstation.
  • You may also download and install the client at home (password protected; contact your supervisor for instructions).
• SSH (text mode)
  • SSH client software and instructions

Reporting Problems

• To report a problem with the InfoLinks system, such as response time, error messages, or problems connecting, fill out a Systems problem report or contact George Fowler at 575-7980
• If InfoLinks is down and you cannot reach anyone at X57990, page Systems at (9) 856-5310.
• To report a problem with an InfoLinks record, use the online InfoLinks Change Request Form (PDF) or contact Database Maintenance.
• To report a searching or display problem, contact the Web Services Librarian at 575-4665.
