We welcome the opportunity to assist you with your questions by e-mail. We generally respond within 24 hours. Anyone may ask a question, but priority is given to current students, faculty, and staff of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, in support of academic programs. Students enrolled in the University’s distance education or off-campus programs, as well as researchers with inquiries pertaining to our unique collections, are encouraged to use this service.

How long will it take to get a response?
