About this Service

This Web-based reference service allows you to chat with a librarian in real time, twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.

Chat service is provided jointly by librarians from the University of Arkansas, the University of Southern California, Iowa State University, and the University of Hawaii. Other academic libraries staff the service during additional hours to provide seamless 24/7 coverage.
