Scrapbooks pertaining to the Arkansas Federation of Business and Professional Women's Clubs were donated by that organization to the University Libraries on August 12, 1939. Originally cataloged in the Arkansas Collection of the Special Collections Department, the scrapbooks were transferred to the manuscripts division on September 19, 1986 by Andrea Cantrell, librarian of the Special Collections Department.

The scrapbooks, which contain tables of contents, were created by the Arkansas Federation of Business and Professional Women's Club in order to document the activities of the club. They include newspaper clippings, photographs, and programs pertaining primarily to state and local events. Some regional and national Business and Professional Women's Club affairs are also included.
