INFORMATION ABOUT THE COLLECTION

James E. Cross of Fayetteville, Arkansas, donated this collection to Special Collections October 3, 1990, in memory of his parents, Charles H. Cross and Wilma I. Cross.  Scrapbook number five and the certificate were donated by James Cross on September 20, 1991 and added to the collection.

CONTENTS OF THE COLLECTION (6 items)

1. Scrapbook pertaining to University High School, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas, 1945-1990.  Many of the items are pages from the school's yearbook, Razorback Jr., of 1945.  Also included are some items pertaining to class reunions.

2. Souvenir program for the Fayetteville High School class of 1945's forty-fifth annual reunion.

3. Reprint of the Bulldog of 1945, the yearbook of Fayetteville High School.  This was reprinted as a souvenir for the class of 1945's forty-fifth reunion.

4. Scrapbook of the Northside Rotary Club of Fayetteville, Arkansas, 1969-1989.  Cross was founding president of the club, which was established June 11, 1969.

5. Scrapbook of the Northside Rotary Club of Fayetteville, Arkansas, 1922-1991.

6.  Certificate of charter for the Northside Rotary Club of Fayetteville, Arkansas, June 11, 1969.  Signed by Cross and other charter members.
