Series 5. Arkansas Gazette (Boxes 38-40)
This series consists of materials related to the Arkansas Gazette and its history. The first subseries consists
of files on individual Gazette employees. The second subseries consists of materials related to the history
of the Arkansas Gazette, including its “war” with the Arkansas Democrat and its eventual sale. Because of
the involvement of several Gazette employees, materials related to the Farkleberry Follies and annual
Gridiron event are included in the second subseries.
