is divided into five subseries based on subject matter. The first
two subseries include materials pertaining to the personal lives and congressional
careers of William F. and Catherine D. Norrell. Subseries 3 includes
materials related to the Bureau of Educational and
Cultural Affairs. Subseries 4 includes materials detailing Congressional
legislation developing Arkansas's waterways and effecting flood control.
The final subseries includes materials on several Arkansas topics, such
as Arkansas Post, as well as miscellaneous topics.
