The papers pertain to Harvey A. Tinney and his wife, Missouri A. Tinney, of Conway County, Arkansas. The couple moved from Missouri to Pope County, Arkansas, in the 1840's and later settled in Conway County, Arkansas. The papers contain correspondence, a will, and receipts. Correspondence originates from friends and family in Harrison County, Missouri, Pope County, Arkansas, and other Arkansas counties.
