Procedures: Applying for Systems Access Accounts

1. Complete forms to apply for Systems access accounts:

a. Local Area Network Account/MeetingMaker Form (pdf)
b. InfoLinks Systems Account Form (pdf)
c. University's Systems Form (SAFARI, ISIS, COMP, UNIX, etc.) (pdf)

2. Signatures of both the applicant and the supervisor are required.

3. The completed forms should be given the Systems Department for confirmation.

4. The Systems Department will issue the accounts/passwords to the applicant within 48 business hours.
