Beside
the major responsibilities, all systems staff are responsible for
the Help Desk on computer troubleshooting services.

** "Emergency
System Problems" are:
-
InfoLinks/Millennium system down
- Network
server(s) down (the whole library can not access the local area network,
ILLIAD, Library Website, or InfoLinks)
- Network
access down (the whole network inaccessible)
- Computer
problems in the on-going classes in the computer classroom or instruction
room(s)
- Public
printers (Yoda, Obi Wan, etc...) are not working.
