Beside the major responsibilities, all systems staff are responsible for the Help Desk on computer troubleshooting services.

For emergencies call: 575-7990 or page 856-5310.

** "Emergency System Problems" are:

  • InfoLinks/Millennium system down
  • Network server(s) down (the whole library can not access the local area network, ILLIAD, Library Website, or InfoLinks)
  • Network access down (the whole network inaccessible)
  • Computer problems in the on-going classes in the computer classroom or instruction room(s)
  • Public printers (Yoda, Obi Wan, etc...) are not working.
